As a first-time client, it’s important to receive a consultation so that we can understand your normal procedures, lifestyle, and overall haircare journey. As a returning client interested in a new service, we need to ensure that the service will work with your hair.
In order for us to service your properly and make the best recommendations for your hair goals, we need to gather this important information.

Yes, there is free 2-hour street parking .

It is not necessary, unless you are scheduled for color services. For color services, you should shampoo and condition at least 48 hours in advance. This helps the color process properly. Otherwise, we shampoo, condition, and detangle your hair during your appointment.

We have a 15 minute grace period, after that we will have to reschedule.

All sales are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.

At least 48 hours prior to your appointment is preferred, but the minimum is 24 hours. Late cancellations past 24 hours result in 75% of service fee.

We do not offer refunds on any services or products purchased. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a style that you requested specifically. We will accommodate ONE redo with the SAME stylist at a minimal or at no additional cost.

Please note that select stylists have a service fee added onto your service; depending on their level of expertise. Inquire with the administration for details. The level of expertise will determine this fee. This is added on to every appointment with select stylists for applicable services.

We do require deposits for all new clients and to book online for future appointments. This amount varies per service requested. Appointments canceled before the 24hr mark that have a deposit attached will be able to use their deposits for future services or products. Deposits are refundable if a refund is requested before the 24hr mark and any services have been rendered.

We request that all clients come on time but in the chance you are running behind we only guarantee your time slot for 15 MINUTEs past your scheduled appointment time. If later than 15 min your appointment will be considered to be a late cancellation and you will be CHARGED 75% of your service cost. Your appointment may still be accommodated if the stylist has the appropriate time to accommodate your service. This is left up to the discretion of the openings in the schedule and length of the desired service.

It depends. How tight your curl pattern is, the loc size you want, and the type of starter locs you will get all factor into the recommended length.
Generally, you’ll need 2 to 6 inches of hair to start locs.
Note that the looser your curl pattern is, the longer it will take for your loc up.
