New clients and new services
New clients:
Welcome!
Once you book an appointment for a service, you will receive a digital consult form at the email provided.
In addition, certain services require a separate in-person consultation appointment prior to the service (see below).
Returning clients interested in a new service:
If you’re looking to try something new as a returning client, we need to ensure that the new service works well for your hair. We perform an assessment before we begin the new service. For some services, the assessment must be performed in person as a separate appointment (see below).
For both new and returning clients:
Pricing for services are starting prices. Changes to pricing happens when: services are incorrectly booked, services are added or removed, services need an extended amount of time to achieve, or a proper level stylist fee was never added during booking. Stylist level fees are based on experience level of the stylist.
